PENTAX IMAGING (texturemedia, Boulder, Co)

What began as a complete overhaul of their US based corporate website structure and content became a deep dive into the problem of "How can Pentax increase their market share in the consumer products division of cameras and sport optics?"

USER INSIGHTS

I worked with the account team to lead a combination of user interviews, customer surveys, best practice comparisons and competitive analysis to uncover users brand perceptions, and purchase motivations. 

EXPERIENCE STRATEGY AND VISION

I created a framework to divide their top consumer products into individually targeted websites which could focus on the needs of each user group and create a broad interactive presence on the internet. 

PROTOTYPES, FEATURES AND

VALIDATION

I worked with the design team to draw up multiple rounds of prototypes and feature sets to test with stakeholders and users. 

DEFINE USER INTERACTIONS

I built sitemaps, wireframes, design specifications, feature definitions and user testing flows. I presented to stakeholders account team, and executives throughout the project cycle. I worked across teams with designers and tech builders to ensure quality and production value.
